Job Description

At Vrit Technologies, a Frontend Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining user interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are responsive and visually appealing. This role involves collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into functional applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. The developer must optimize applications for speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Additionally, they will integrate RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend developers, debug issues, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement seamless user interfaces.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across various devices and platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
