Key Responsibilities:
– Design and execute student engagement initiatives, workshops, and events.
– Collaborate with student organizations and faculty to promote participation.
– Gather and analyze feedback to improve programs and enhance student experiences.
– Create and manage communication channels to keep students informed about opportunities.
– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
– Minimum 6 month experience in student services, event planning, or community engagement.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and project management abilities.
