Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic PHP Trainer to deliver high-quality training to aspiring developers. As a PHP Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching PHP development concepts and guiding students through hands-on projects. You will play a critical role in shaping the skills of future web developers by equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed for success in the field of PHP and web development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting classroom and online training sessions for PHP and related technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining training materials, including course content, presentations, and exercises.
  • Delivering lessons on topics such as PHP basics, OOP, database integration, frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter), and more.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback and support.
  • Designing assessments and quizzes to evaluate student learning.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest PHP trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Assisting students with hands-on coding projects and assignments.
  • Providing career advice and guidance to students entering the PHP development field.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a PHP developer with strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
  • Prior teaching or training experience in PHP or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern web development practices (e.g., MVC, RESTful APIs, version control systems like Git)
