Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Trainer to join our team. As an HR Trainer at Vrit Jobs, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the capabilities of our HR professionals and support overall business objectives. Your work will play a key role in shaping our talent development initiatives and helping employees realize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver HR training programs (onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, etc.).
  • Assess training needs within the organization through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for HR teams and employees at various levels.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR staff on HR-related processes and practices.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and legal changes in HR and incorporate them into training modules.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to align training initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Trainer, HR Specialist, or HR Manager with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
