Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, possess a strong knowledge of graphic design principles, and have hands-on experience with industry-standard design software. As a trainer, you will provide high-quality instruction to students or employees, helping them build foundational and advanced graphic design skills to succeed in the creative industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions in graphic design (both online and in-person).
- Teach industry-standard design principles and software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Develop and implement comprehensive training modules that include both theoretical and hands-on components.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship, feedback, and support to students to help them build and refine their design skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates.
- Monitor student progress, assess assignments, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of course materials, assignments, and design projects.
- Collaborate with the Vrit Jobs team to ensure that training content is aligned with current industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, updated portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring graphic designers.
- Ability to adapt training materials and teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with additional design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Ability to teach both beginners and advanced-level students.
