Job Description

As a Laravel Developer, you will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, collaborating with both back-end and front-end teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Database Management: Design and maintain relational databases using MySQL or similar databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Write Clean and Efficient Code: Adhere to best practices in coding, maintainability, and security while writing efficient and clean code.
  • API Development and Integration: Create and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between various components of the web application.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within existing applications, debugging and improving code as needed.
  • Version Control: Manage and collaborate on code through Git and follow proper code versioning practices.
  • Documentation: Write clear documentation for the codebase, including detailed information on features and functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement unit and integration tests, ensuring the reliability and performance of the application.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
  • 3–5 years of experience in web development with a focus on Laravel.
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
  • Proficiency with version control tools, primarily Git.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP).
