Milap Dangol

I am an ambitious individual with a passion to always learn more. I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and have good knowledge of working in an IT company. Currently, I am working as a UI/UX Design Lead for the company and managing a design team of 10 individuals.
I have working knowledge of design systems, creating brand identity & branding guidelines, designing UI kits, and website & mobile application design. I help the team with requirement gathering & analysis, creating sitemaps, user mapping & user journey, creating wireframes, transforming low-fidelity designs to high fidelity, and all the design & functionality decision-making that comes along with it.

I have also done a case study on Search Engine Optimization and have a basic knowledge of the process. Whilst also being a computer science graduate, I am familiar with working with developers. I also have an interest in business & marketing and worked as a marketing officer on multiple occasions. I am keen to keep improving my leadership & managing skills and help grow the team.

I have been able to demonstrate my value and accomplished several tasks handed to me that have been above and beyond my role. I am able to motivate the team to work and improve their skills to achieve the goals and mission of the company.
